Clean Your Gutter To Save Your Hairline

Ok people. Clean out your eves and make sure your water run off from your home or building is addequate. If not done this can have serios damage to your foundation and surrounding land. Let's say just for disastorious purposes there is an air pocket under your home/building. AND because you cannot see it under or near your foundation- it may be next to repturing with the gobs and gobs of rain we are getting. For effect we will put it directly 1 foot under your foundation. Over time the air pocket had gone un notticed because, well it wasn't seen and you thought your downspouts, extensions, and splash block were out far enough. To further the damage a large pine cone gets lodged in the douwnspout or some other form of debris and all the water is now getting into and under your foundation. Whoops. DISASTER. The pocket is now compromised and you have a crack in your brick or worse a leaning home which damages it almost beyond repair. Take some time and clean your gutters to save your hairline.

Professionals Do Jobs

  Police officers, Lawyers and Teachers. What do these three professions have in common?
There main purpose is to complete a job. They were hired to do just that.
   The Teacher is there for the duration of her school year and her job is to pass out the curriculum and teach it as well as possible.  The Lawyer has to prove his clients innocence and essential be representation to the judge or jury. Police officers are to protect and to serve.  If either one of these professionals veers from his scope of practice there jobs will be in jeopardy.  These people are often times acting outside there scope because we see they are staying at there professions longer and becoming more emotionally attached to there job. Not to mention they are growing and potentially want the industry to grow as well.
   So would the answer be to pay them higher wages because they are becoming more invested in the career they have chosen? Some say Yes. Yes because they become elite in there craft and have something special to offer over the average individual doing the same job in there respective profession. Why not pay them more?  If we do not then they will be another clip of grass growing at possibly a faster rate with stronger roots just to get clipped like the rest of them and to start over waiting to get clipped again...no matter what.
   We pay athletes ahead of time.  AHEAD OF TIME.   How much money is someone really worth with more of a physical presence than someone with a mental presence.  Not saying there aren't a lot of athletes with both. It's just usually we denote the genius in ourselves because we are unable to be physically elite.  And when the athlete becomes injured or misuses there profession? Someone said that that actually improves there status.
   Finally, a job is meant to be completed. Not to be carried on to the next time or maybe the next time, then finally a week later. GET IT DONE NOW AND GET COMPENSATED.   Many times as a Ohio State and Nationally recognized  Realtor I am never compensated until the sale closes. This means getting paid AFTER I have released the star in me.

Give it a try JOBS.

My professsion is Realtor.   As a professional I am constantly trying to drum up business
becasue sales doesnt just happen in 2015. You have to make it happen. IN OR TO HAVE SALES
you must find people who have money to pay for the thing you are selling.
This post is for everyone salesperson in Ohio and Michigan.
Aside from the obvious blah blah blah
 from day to day of how we need jobs I am talking about where the jobs are going to be coming from
because, after all, if we all really cared about jobs we would quit are current medium to below wage jobs
and start up businesses of are own. That's not going to happen or should it be a great idea because those jobs would have
to be replaced by workers creating jobs and you would be left to start a fledgling company in an environment that
is not condusine to produceing high quality employment.
 After all and i know from experience
as a business owner that this is really hard.  After being in the trenches and reallizing that hiring people at
15 dollars an hour is just cutting into my overall profit. I tried it and almost went out of business.

So were are the good or next jobs going to be coming from so we can sell that THING we are selling. Mr. widget maker is going to have to  switch jobs. Yes maybe just switch jobs...go on a leave of absence to replace the doldrums. And have a waiver signed so you can come back if you like the job. Maybe I should claim this the Albright Effect for what it may have on the overall improvement of the economy. Because after all it is the economy that allows us to sell that THING.

Or hey just incorporate driverless cars NOW. not later.NOW!
This one implementation would have increased benefits for so many people.
I know I would relish the opportunity I got from a business client showing me around The new Driverless Vehicle Company Car. Although after 17 minutes or whatever we have reached our attention span because isn't  that the length of a TV sit come time slot..hhmmm?!
Whatever the implications are for what we do,  one thing is for sure. In order to have to buy the thing,  society must be able to afford the thing.
I gave you my ideas. Give me yours.  A lot of people are playing catch up. How are we going to race to the top?

Mr. Big asked me..."Are you comfortable? Just, hit the 'reset' button."

     The other day this guy who was very tall  with a clipboard in his hand and something obvious to do was walking in front of a couple.  The two love birds were holding hands and in love but clearly not paying attention to there public displays of affection.   Mr. Big must have been looking at the train wreck in front of him or thinking of how much money he is making,  when.... FUSMACK!
   His face planted on the ground and clipboard firmly into his abdomen.  He literally but quit figuratively hit a "STOP" sign.  The couple turned around.  Then, continued on there way. I watched the man and the couple with enlightenment:
   Mr. Big just got up. He didn't lay there hurt because he obviously was- While laughing with a slight bellow he removed the paperwork from his left side rib cage.  I picked up the pace behind this spectacle to ask Mr. Big: "Are you okay? Is there anything I can do?
  "No way Jose!, This needed to happen to me!"
  "Huh?! Wait...What?" I asked.
  Mr. Big-who might have been hurt- Looked at me and asked "What do you do for a living?"
  "I'm a Realtor", I said boldly.
   He told me  he was entering his comfort zone the moment before he fortunately impaled himself. Mr. Big also went on to explain how little (or big) moments of misfortune were his "Gods way of redirecting him to his purpose and he needed to listen to and open up to them or it would just feed the beast."
  "Ahh", I said,  "so your Hertz Doughnut changed into a Makes Sense Doughnut."
  With a straight face he asked me to do him a favor and "stop making jokes."
  Although jokes are not were I excel.  Real Estate with understanding some little nuances and the POWERS THAT BE are.  " So while you were walking to your destination..." hand on my chin rubbing with deep thought I asked, " Were you conforming to whatever society wanted you to think and not focused on what you should have been doing, or wanted to do?"
  "BINGO GOOD BUUDY!"  While picking up his important papers he left me with- "Are you comfortable?  Just hit the reset button."

Now...obviously the reset button is whatever you want it to be whenever you want to use how many ever times.  It's life's way of looking at  you knowing that you are going to make mistakes and to NOT beet yourself up over it.  It's also a way to stay on track of your goals.  Everyday I am trying to close deals with multiple different partners and sometimes many moving parts. Thinking of the Mr. Big in me I will hit the reset button.  It's refreshing!! And to add an important point:  I think of were I was and what I was feeling when I was on track with my goals.  This helps me Reset as well.
