Remember and Create a Username and Password

For life safety some things are just meant to be kept secret.  There are soldiers at war that depend on passwords as if they needed to breath.  For the general public these words can cause anxiety, anger, and malaise.
During WW2 American Soldiers had passwords used to challenge a particular response,  These responses were known only to them and changed every 3 days. No Captchas here. An incorrect response here would yield an M1A1 Thompson sub machine gun .
Image the discontent with business workers that needed these changes so often they loose the ability to control this angst. Such is what the response is likely to be if we do do not come up with an adequate solution.
At this day after Christmas ;you may be finally open your new Apple i Pad Air or at the office your the bosses secretary and you get upgraded to Dell Insperion 7000 series.
Maybe in the case of my client the Siberian Oil Tycoon  who gave his daughter an 18CT gold plated fully functioning C-3PO.
I know "but my Apple Watch  can tell time", I said.
Not having the correct Passwords on any one of these devices may not get you pistol whipped (well maybe in the case of the Siberian Tycoon ONLY)but could make a nightmare of your wok life. Also in most cases your financial information could be compromised.
After sitting in on numerous security updates with my many organization see business card below:                                                                                                          I have realized most people DO NOT adequately secure their password.
To be able to use the password over multiple platforms it must be at least 8 characters(upper and lowercase) , use letters, numbers and symbols.  Implementing all of these seems difficult but your docs will be more "hack" resistant.
When you create logical and easy passwords like 1234 or abc123 it is also easy for the hacker to figure out.
Use this simple acronym to devise a better password: Every Good Buy Deserves Fudge or EGBDF and then implement some numbers and symbols in between the letters. Like E@G2B3D#F$.
Well crafted password are essential for taking advantage of the Features and bnefits of any new technology device

2 Months To Close!?

W T F....if it could just be left there I would be doing my industry, and clients great injustice.  In October federal guidelines have changed to allow more time for the consumer of a loan to look over documentation.

What a mess, There is so much paperwork because federal guidelines demand the bank proves BEYOND a reasonable doubt that you are indeed capable of affording a mortgage.  Remember the Banks do not want to be in the real estate business they are in the lending business, from previous years of increase short sales and the like of a crisis you just needed to be breathing to purchase a home.

Here is the skinny: I'm not a loan officer so the exact reasoning for the delay in closing is left up to consumer protection. So let's focus on the facts: It's December 1st and if there is a client who wants to buy a home the new homeowners will have to wait nearly til the end of January due to the holidays new TRID rules.

That is Truth in Lending Documents. I've seen them, they are pretty much what they say they are and that it HAS been easier to understand.

Having the facts straight and necessary time to close is concerning.  With the Sellers and the Buyers concerns foremost in my mind, everyone points to federal guidelines and necessary time limits for closing documents to be reviewed.  There are over 150 pages of new documents that the Paper Pushers have to go over!  It's going to take a while.

Oh and we are also getting interest rates on mortgages for under 4%!
