Every time I hear the term curb appeal its like nails on a chalkboard. Who knows what I'm talking about? Not only does the combination of words suck ( I've never seen an appealing curb) but it also implies work if you don't have it. Don't worry I've included in this blog 3 easy things you can do to enhance your home.

#2 Replace any rotten wood or rusty railings. Trust me the money will be well spent here by taking anything away that has lost it's integrity.
#3 Shoot the shot sideways with a slight overcast. This last one is important and can be used by anyone with a smart phone. Taking good pictures is important we all know. However with advances in new technology phones are just as good as your 35mm.
