It Seems like McDonalds serves HOT coffee. Really?! Remember when that person burnt themselves on the hot coffee THEY ordered from Mcdonalds?
Funny how many things need labels and it's not implied. What are you going to do take a cold cup with you and warm it up in your space ship on the way to work? It's no wonder people haven't sued ODOT for posting warning signs that people driving over the speed limit can be very dangerous if involved in an accident.
OFF TRACK...
Point being it's necessary in life to find the total grey area and fill it in for people. The person that does this better than anyone else get's the business. If that person was warned that the coffee was super hot one way or another a law suit could have been avoided. OR , subsequently... the person that spilled the hot coffee on them became the ones that filled in the grey area and avoided a potentially life threatening situation for a baby or toddler. Conspiracy theories aside...a deal was made and communication made it happen.
Cedar Point is one of the biggest amusement parks in the world. How come you never hear of anyone getting injured there? And don't tell me that in the 100 years or so of there operation no worker or no spectator has every been severely injured. When shit hit the fan its boils down to communication.
Going to sell your house...be careful. Every day there is lack of communication.
Non of this is ground breaking. Everything I do is for one outcome....to get the deal done!
Every day people bring suit for lack of communication. Not all the time is the grey areas going to be filled completely in. When it is a wonderful and thorough job has been done and awarded appropriately.
The Dual Agent becomes indispensable to the parties they are representing. It has to have communication and like any relationship. TRUST. This trust comes from communication.

Gracias verano
El esttaba enfermo y cansado de estar enfermo y cansado. . So he found something he loves. not only hot or tempered weather but all seasons Which leads to many more things he loves and it then become amplified. He prayed and asked to be prayed for and worked for blessings. He starred and walked with God. Sometimes even asking him for ore blessings. It's because of there relationship that he could do that. He gives gifts and tithes.
Thank you Summer. Or, Gracias Verano- and thank you for all seasons!

HIRING: PEOPLE ONLY
By way of my real estate career I had to mow lawns for the longest time. We still do and at this time it's just me because the labor required to do this work is way to smart for me to employ. I say we just because my family backs me up 100%.
People commonly ask: "Why don't' you hire more workers?" or, "How many people work for you?"
Been there done that and if you think you are going to reinvent the wheel on this one your not. Actually...only I have the ONE breakthrough idea on this and unless someone offers me $100, 000 I am not giving it up..MUahaha! In my Austin Powers voice.
The point is help for the help of help sake is fine but employing someone in a task a non thinking robot can do is pointless. In fact the person doing the labor is so sophisticated and so much smarter than the machine they will end up sabotaging the unit or quitting out of boredom anyways....
Which brings me to the Big Idea. If you are bored or you don't think you are getting paid well enough than do something extraordinary, something you believe in (without malice or malicious intent)
You will be more likely to get hired...because you did something extraordinary!
Chances are you will NOT get the axe either, here's why: If you do something off the beaten path, unless your boss does not like you or some company that is like google or apple...that is way bigger than the government anyways, then these characteristics are praised or applauded. You may even be in for a raise.
If not, there are way too many jobs out there for anyone looking to start over. Because that's what you wanted to do anyways. So next time you get that raise and/or you've created that new job for someone else to build that widget...thank you inner awesomeness!
Look the Real E-state of the matter is that jobs are everywhere but are not moving as fast as the total cost of living. And the jobs are bottomless pits unless you are really excited about them. So go do something you are really excited about...like running for Congress so you can increase the minimum wage to $20/Hr so you can finally afford a home to ACTUALLY LIVE IN AND ENJOY.

" Ted, I am so amazing. Listen to what"...Jim interupts: "You are too personal...stop talking to me!"
Why are people in your industry assholes? The answer will be sure to follow and I can assure you it's not the answer you first thought.
Take my industry: real estate. This is the "I'm not going to hold your hand so put your big boy pants on," Industry. Individuals who choose a non corporate lifestyle crave being different. If you don't have a nine to five job right now because you are an entrepreneur or some sort of independent contractor than my hat is off to you. God bless there souls I know many people who do work for someone else. Other people are the resistance and those people are Saints.
Everything you do on a daily basis is there to make you settle. Your taught that monotony is good and you should embrace that path. In most industries you are drilled to not personalize. So stop talking to me, you've shared too much. BUT WE ARE ART. Everyone for some part of the day is amazing for a small burst of time. Those who are not or do not seem amazing are this way because they have been shut down or choose not to express themselves.
Like this blog it is a reflection of the present and future time. We as beings are constantly evolving so at some point in time you will want to be your amazing self for a short period of time.
You started to read this article because it was controversial. Knowing how simple a problem can be let's people be amazing. "To the fullest?" you ask. Yes because it will not last very long. So if you didn't get it -people are they way they are not because who they are, but from outside stimuli.
Next time you have a big idea start the conversation with "Listen to me for a second, will you?"
If your on the receiving end of the convo-let that person exaust themselves and see how spectacular they can be.

Father's Day is Special
My friend became a Dad and didn't know what to do. He had a good job, rented an apartment in downtown Maumee, Ohio and was going steady with his girl and the mother of his child. He did the right thing...he contacted a Realtor to buy his first small home.
Jeremy ( not his real name) and Melissa (not his real girlfriend) and $1,000( not the actual amount) gave up the life of leasing and stopped to go over there expenses together. Everything they did was documented and every buck they spent had a designation. Keeping track of expenses proved difficult because they had to give up many things they usually we would pay for but wouldn't tell each other.
They didn't know they weren't going at it alone-they had a Realtor. John the Realtor gave Jeremy and Melissa consulting on there expenses and many inexpensive properties in Toledo to call home. Toledo was not there first choice nor was having a baby. Personal wants took a backseat to future development of their family tree that was quickly growing roots.
Luckily the amount they were able to put down on a home was rolled into the amount given to the sellers at closing making there down payment on the home almost nothing. To make matters better they bought a home off the government Fannie Mae that allowed the buyers to roll in all expenses on there new home to the loan amount. Once again this made homeownership a reality to this newly proud Dad. All of this is possible through the work of a Realtor.
This happens all the time and if you're a new Father this special event in life can happen for you.

This is my first post to my blog and I'm looking up the definition of "blog' on the internet. There is a Webster's Dictionary in front of me that I can easily open up and possibly find the definition-Okay I'm keeping my Webster's as a paperweight because "blog" definition should be looked up on the internet ONLY.
And that's the point<My Blog: REAL E-state Today will be the same as the definition of the "blog"-just look it up on Wikipedia and add the term "real estate" benignly throughout the rows and columns. But it will also be something more and like the constantly changing real estate atmosphere it will never rest. It will give it's all and keep on going. The result is the gift of online representation for your real estate transaction. But wait...mustn't you need an actual person for face-time and closing the deal?
My Brokers keep telling me that I'm not new to this business and to stop saying that I am. I listen to them so to make sure my clients don't here the word "new" out of my mouth (unless I'm talking about there new carpet or new roof). I quietly tell myself that I have 15 years of experience, my Ohio License to represent clients in there real estate transactions and to promise to continually learn. Also, this REAL E-State Today blog is more like the Realtor starting this blog than anything. It's a representation of myself and the real estate industry.
I make sure to focus on the present while measuring the future. In Toledo, Ohio you can buy a home for well under the national average. In fact it's the lowest among cities in America at an average sale under 100 Thousand. This bows well for people that have the income to afford it and more so if you are able to start a business like others do- owning properties for a personal wealth vehicle.
thank you to those that understand and thank you always to the people that have helped and will continue to help along the way
