Representing both parties: Dual Agency

It Seems like McDonalds serves HOT coffee.  Really?!  Remember when that person burnt themselves on the hot coffee THEY ordered from Mcdonalds?
Funny how many things need labels and it's not implied.  What are you going to do take a cold cup with you and warm it up in your space ship on the way to work?   It's no wonder people haven't sued ODOT for posting warning signs that people driving over the speed limit can be very dangerous if involved in an accident.
OFF TRACK...
Point being it's necessary in life to find the total grey area and fill it in for people.  The person that does this better than anyone else get's the business.   If that person was warned that the coffee was super hot one way or another a law suit could have been avoided.  OR , subsequently... the person that spilled the hot coffee on them became the ones that filled in the grey area and avoided a potentially life threatening situation for a baby or toddler.  Conspiracy theories aside...a deal was made and communication made it happen.
Cedar Point is one of the biggest amusement parks in the world.  How come you never hear of anyone getting injured there?  And don't tell me that in the 100 years or so of there operation no worker or no spectator has every been severely injured.  When shit hit the fan its boils down to communication.
Going to sell your house...be careful. Every day there is lack of communication.
Non of this is ground breaking. Everything I do is for one outcome....to get the deal done!
Every day people bring suit for lack of communication. Not all the time is the grey areas going to be filled completely in. When it is a wonderful and thorough job has been done and awarded appropriately.
The Dual Agent becomes indispensable to the parties they are representing. It has to have communication and like any relationship. TRUST. This trust comes from communication.
